Before starting with the list, keep in mind that  you need to remove the seeds from the fruits that contain them, as they could poison them.

Banana

Bananas are a fruit much appreciated by dogs and, in general, they bring many benefits to their body. However, they should only be administered from time to time.

The high levels of potassium contained in this fruit could cause intestinal problems for dogs If you notice bananas causing your dog diarrhea, don’t give them any more.

Apples

Apples are great for dogs. Either way, keep in mind that  they shouldn’t eat them more than twice a week.  They contain a lot of sugars.

Watermelon

Watermelon is a fruit that dogs generally like very much, it is juicy and thirst-quenching.

Strawberries

Strawberries  are an excellent source of fiber, vitamins and minerals,  but they may contain allergens that can cause unpleasant reactions in animals. Therefore their consumption is allowed, provided that no strange reaction occurs after their consumption.

Pineapple

Pineapple should be consumed in moderation to avoid raising blood sugar levels excessively. It is an excellent remedy  if the dog has a tendency to eat its own feces.

Oranges

Oranges provide dogs with a good dose of vitamin C.  Being rich in citric acid, they could cause diarrhea and other intestinal problems in some dogs  , especially if consumed frequently.

Raw green potatoes

Although dogs can consume both cooked and raw potatoes (if they are well ripe), when they are raw and green they should be avoided. They are in fact highly toxic.

This is due to the presence of solanine, contained in the roots and leaves of these tubers, which acts as a natural insecticide.

Walnuts

Nuts are not good for dogs, due to the high phosphorus content, which  can cause bladder stones. This usually happens with all dried fruits, which therefore cause vomiting, muscle pain and joint inflammation.

Avocado

Avocado is non-toxic when taken in small quantities. However, if given frequently, it could even prove fatal. This is because it contains persin, a natural fungicide.

Persin is not only toxic to dogs, but also to cats, horses and birds. Since it is not known exactly what dose causes poisoning in dogs, it is best to avoid them.

Grape

Grapes are toxic to dogs and, when consumed in large quantities, can cause severe kidney damage.

Consuming grapes in small quantities can cause diarrhea. There are some dogs that do not exhibit severe symptoms after consuming grapes, but it is always best not to take risks.

Sultana raisins

Sultanas cause the same damage as grapes, so it’s best to keep them out of the reach of dogs.
